In an effort to automate the process of notifying contractors/suppliers/etc. of projects available for bid, we have added this feature which allows contractors to submit information about themselves so when clients request that their project be available for open bid, contractors in our list may be notified by E-Mail. (Typically in advance of the legal notice being in a newspaper.)

When we expect to add a project or issue addendums, those people on our list will be notified automatically.

None of the information entered will be publicly available unless requested by you.

To register for e-mail notification of upcoming projects, please email the following information to Bill Vondra :

• Firm Name
• Contact Person
• Phone Numbers
• Address
• Email Address of the person responsible for the account
• Type of Business (eg.  General Contractor / Site Excavating / Underground Utility Installer / Landscaper / Electrical / Paver / Supplier / Plan House etc.)

All information provided to us shall remain confidential. We will never sell, trade, or exchange email addresses or other information with third parties unless specifically authorized by the client.
