Land Design Consultants (LDC) offers a wide range of services to Developers, Builders, Contractors, Government Agencies, and Private Landowners. Some of our services include full service land surveying and construction staking services, land planning, and site civil engineering. LDC is prequalified for ODOT non-complex design and right-of-way plan preparation.
LDC is registered with OBWC as a Drug-Free workplace.
LDC is approved as a SBE by the Northeast Regional Sewer District.
LDC also offers to our clients a listing service for projects being bid. These projects can be found utilizing the Projects for Bidding tab. Here you will typically find the projects specifications, bid documents, and addenda. If you become a registered user of this site as a contractor, supplier, etc. we email out notification of these projects as soon as the information has been posted.
